Assess Yourself
Identify your risks and check your cognitive vitality using the various self-assessment tools on this site. The Memory Screen, Depression Screen and Risk Factor Assessment are all designed to educate you about your personal cognitive vitality while you are answering simple questionnaires and reading the customized health reports they generate for you. Screening Program
The OCVA is providing in-person, objective, screening services at no cost to community residents. This screening is currently offered only in English. Learn More »

Physician Site
Proactive, primary care is paramount to recognizing early signs that need attention and management. To this end, we invite all physicians to attend the OCVA CME courses and seminars.
